We’re located at 321 3rd Ave S in Pioneer Square, just a short walk from the Link Light Rail, and there are several bus stops right nearby. We’re about a 15 minute walk from Pike Place Market and a few blocks from the Seattle Waterfront.

We are located on the third floor of our building, and there is a callbox to enter. If you need an elevator, there is a freight elevator accessible via a loading dock that we can operate for you and your guests. We recommend arriving as one group so we can get you all upstairs together!

Our single-room unit is cozy but spacious, perfect for a tight knit group. We can host gatherings with up to 12—you two plus 10 guests!
