We’re also your planners, outfitters, officiant, designers, stylists, and local experts: here to inspire you and help you create an intentional, unforgettable, adventurous elopement experience that truly reflects who you are—then capture it all so you can relive those moments forever.
We wholeheartedly believe we have the best job in the world, and we making awesome art with awesome couples. There’s really nothin’ like it—it’s truly a kind of magic, and the reason we do what we do and LOVE doing it!

1. Planning Resources
It doesn’t just start the morning of your wedding day! Along the way, you’ll get a bunch of helpful resources and guides from us, including a questionnaire, a custom-built Elopement Planner with all our hand-picked recs, vendor lists, PNW travel guides, vow-writing resources, and more.

2. Advice & Inspiration
We’re here for you throughout the entire process as your personal ‘elopement consultants’, here to offer advice, answer questions, and inspire you! You can meet with us as often as you need, and if you ever just want to run something by us or get a second opinion, we’re just a message away.

6. Permitting & Paperwork
Most public lands require permits to hold your elopement—but don’t worry, we’ll help you figure out exactly what you need and help you apply! If we’re your officiant, we’ll also help with the marriage licensing process, and file your paperwork for you afterward.

7. Budgeting & Cost-Saving
Need help with your budget? We’ll provide tips on budgeting and only recommend vendors & activites you can afford, and give you tips on how to save money for your adventure. If you’re more of the DIY type, we’ll have a bunch of resources to share with you for hair & makeup, florals, and more. Plus, save money (and time) by borrowing from our stash of gear, supplies, and decor! (see more below on “Outfitting”!)

8. Logistics & Gear
We’ll talk logistics and safety, making sure we have alternate plans in case of bad weather. We’ll also help you with your gear & packing lists! We’ve got a bunch of supplies and gear you can borrow like headlamps, lanterns, and trekking poles. And of course the snacks! (see more below on “Outfitting”!)

9. Attire & Decor
The little things! We’ll share attire recommendations, talk color palettes & moodboards, and figure out the little details that’ll make your day shine. We’ll also outfit you with decor, picnic goods, and table setting supplies—no additional fees.

10. Day-of Coordinating & Set-Up
On your elopement day, we fill the role of both photographer and day-of coordinator to help your day flow smoothly. If you hire the Crew, we can also help with all elements of setup, tear down, and coordinating! Our goal from day one is to take care of your adventurous elopement experience so you two can simply enjoy every moment.

All of us are ordained ministers, and we offer officiating services with every package because we love how intimate our elopement days are when we get to plan your day, capture every moment, AND make it all official!
We’ll help you through the whole process, including:
1. how to apply for your marriage license in WA
2. how to find witnesses (even if you aren’t inviting guests!)
3. writing your customized ceremony script
4. signing & filing the paperwork for you afterward!
